Pre-requisite for deleting and copying messages #
- Login to your Peasy Sales account
- Have existing conversation
- Select 1 conversation with messages.
Via Peasy Sales Web #
There is an option to delete the message which you have already sent. Click on the 3 dots(…) beside the sent message. Option is available to copy or delete the message. Click on Delete. The message will be deleted.
Via Peasy Sales Application #
Long press on any message which you have already sent.
Option is available to copy or delete the message similar to the web interface.
