Chatbot Session
For every unique session. A session is calculated once the conversation traverse past 3 nodes within the chatbot. Each session last for 24 hours. For example, the same individual triggers the same chatbot on the same inbox can only be charged once a day - regardless the number of conversations. However if the same individual triggers the same inbox, on a different inbox and that conversation traverse past the third node within the same day - then you'll pay a second time.

How to top-up prepaid credit? #

On Web #

  1. Click on Settings in the left menu. The menu will expand to display additional options.
  2. In the expanded menu, click on “Billing Usage”. The Billing Usage display all of your prepaid credit usage and transactions.
  3. Click on the “Add Top Up” button on the top right of your screen. A pop-up will appear.
  4. Key in the top-up amount in your pre-selected currency. The amount will be automatically converted into USD. Please ensure that your top-up value is equal or higher than USD 30. Additional Value Added Tax may apply, depending on your origin country.
  5. Click Continue. Select your preferred payment method.
  6. Key in your payment details and proceed with payment.
  7. Your balance will reflect the recent addition upon successful payment.

On App #

Top-up or adding credit is required to ensure you have access to the functions of the Peasy Sales platform. Most functions of the Peasy Sales platform will be disrupted if there is a low credit balance.

The steps to top-up or add credit are as follows:

1. Select the “Profile” icon located at the right side around the bottom region of the screen

2. Select the “Wallet” tab.

3. You will see the credit usage data at the top region of the screen.

4.  To add topup, Click “Add Top Up“.

5. Insert the amount of credit you wished to topup. Click on the box under the wording “Top Up Amount (USD)”.

Friendly reminder, the system allows toptup with minimum value of RM100.

6. Once you insert the value, click “Continue” button.

7. Upon final checking and confirmation, click “Pay” button.

8. Insert your credit card details. Click “Pay” button.

How to check my prepaid credit balance? #

  1. Follow the instruction above to go to the “Billing Usage” screen.
  2. You can find your prepaid credit balance at the same location as the example highlighted above.
  3. Please note that your balance is always stored and reported in USD.

What will happen when I have insufficient credit balance? #

  1. Your chatbot will stop responding
  2. You will cease to receive any new incoming message
  3. You will not be able to send new messages
  4. Messages received when your balance is depleted WILL NOT be restored upon top-up. Please ensure that your account always have sufficient balance.

What's the minimum top-up amount? #

USD 20

Which payment methods do you accept? #

Most payment methods available on Stripe. Ranging from credit & debit cards, bank transfer and digital wallet.

Common Errors #

Your top-up amount must be more than X #

Please ensure that your top-value is at least USD 30 or higher.

You do not have sufficient credit, please top-up #

Your account’s ability to receive and send message has been suspended due to insufficient credit. Please top-up immediately to avoid losing further messages.

I am unable to top-up, my transaction was unsuccessful. #

Please check with your bank or payment issuer.
