What is private note? #
Private note or private conversation on Peasy Sales platform allow you to key in any remarks or notes on the customer’s conversation without sending the note to your customer.
Hence, you can record the note for internal team communication and even communicate between agents.
Pre-requisite to use private note: #
- Login to your Peasy Sales Account
- Have existing conversation, at least 1.
- Select 1 conversation to use the Private Note function.
Private conversation on Peasy Sales Web #
1. This option is available on Peasy Sales Web, just beside the Reply tab, named Private Note.
2. Type ‘@’ in the Private Note Window and all agents who have been added to this team will be listed. Select the agent and type in the message that you want to consult with this agent.
3. Click on Add Note to send the message. You can see a locked sign on the message that you sent. This message will not be visible to the customer.
The second agent to whom the private chat is addressed, will receive a notification in his account.
Replies sent by second agent will be visible in your private chat window.
Private conversation on Peasy Sales Application #
1. Click on the middle icon located on the left side of the screen.
2. Type in “@” in the reply box.
3. Select the user you wish to mention from the list.

4. Type in your message.
5. Click on the send icon located on the right side of the screen
