Step #1: Correct link to Peasy Sales platform. #
Step #2: Registration Screen Display on the App #
If you’re using the Peasy Sales app, the screen will look like the example below. Click “Signup” when you launch the app for the first time.

Instructions to Sign up #
Step #1: Online Registration Form #
You should be able to see a registration page similar to the picture shown below.

Refer to the guide below to complete the registration page.
Full Name | Type your full name. For example: Bob Marli |
Company Name | Type your company name. For example: Reggae Hats Sdn Bhd |
Type a valid email address. For example: bob.marli@reggae.my | |
Phone Number | Make sure you enter the number without the leading “0”. For example, if your number is 0199495392, then the number you should type is 199495392. This number is for receiving the OTP code to verify your Peasy account. The number must be linked to a WhatsApp account. This field is NOT for entering the WhatsApp number that you will use for message blasting through the Peasy platform. |
Country | The system will set “Malaysia” by default. |
Tax Number | Type your tax number. This information is optional. |
Default Currency | The system will set “MYR” by default. |
After completing the registration form, click “Next”. The screen will then change to the password setup screen as shown in the next step.
Step #2: Setting up password #
The screen will take you to the password setup screen, as shown below.

Make sure to record this password so you don’t forget it. Also, ensure that:
Your password meets the listed criteria.
Your password is the same in both the “Password” and “Confirm Password” fields.
Once you have confirmed your password, click “Sign up”.
Step #3: OTP Verification #
Our system will send an OTP code to your WhatsApp for account verification.
You need to enter this Peasy OTP verification code in the Peasy app. The OTP message will appear as shown in the image below.

Enter the OTP verification code in the Peasy app as shown below. Then, click the “Verify” button.

Step #4: Choosing Subscription Plan #
The app page will show options to select a subscription plan, as shown in the image below.
You need to choose the type of subscription plan that best suits your business. Select your chosen plan and wait for the screen to load.

If you are a new user wanting to try out Peasy Sales, please select “Prepaid.” You can upgrade your subscription plan after using Peasy Sales.

Step #4: Choosing One Goal for your Peasy Sales #
Once the screen has loaded, a new screen will appear asking you to select a purpose for using Peasy Sales. The screen will look like the example below.

You must select only one purpose based on the needs of your business sector.

After selecting your purpose, click “Next.” You will NOT be able to change the purpose of using Peasy Sales once you have completed this step.
Step #5: Average customer order value #
The screen will prompt you to enter the average order value you receive in a month.
This refers to the average or estimated total value of customer orders you receive in a month. Then, press the “Save” button.

CONGRATULATIONS!! You have successfully registered your Peasy Sales account. #
Once the screen has loaded, the display will appear as shown in the image below.

Frequently Asked Questions #
Can I change the goal of using Peasy? #
You cannot change the purpose (goal) of using Peasy after completing your account registration.
Do I need to pay in advance, if I choose the Prepaid subscription plan? #
You do not need to pay for the initial use of the Prepaid subscription plan. You only need to pay once you have used up the trial credits in your account.
To further clarify, each account comes with a trial credit of USD 2.00.
Common Errors #
Why am I not receiving the OTP? #
Make sure you enter the correct phone number during registration. Ensure the number meets the following criteria:
- A number linked to a WhatsApp account
- An active number with an internet connection
- Your own personal number
Why is the system not accepting my password? #
Make sure your password meets the required criteria and that the password entered in the top field (Password) matches the one in the bottom field (Confirm Password).
Why is the system not allowing me to proceed to the next step? #
- Make sure you have completed all the required fields and selections requested by the system.
- Ensure you tap the button at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the next step.
