Only the account’s billing administrator can switch or unsubscribe plans. If you do not have billing administration privileges, please contact your account’s billing administrator if you like to delete your account permanently.

- Login to your Peasy Account
- Click on the settings button on your right menu bar.
- Click on the “Subscription Plans” button within the expanded menu.
- Select the plan which you want to switch/unsubscribe.
- If you unsubscribe from Peasy, your subscription will end at the next billing period and your account will be permanently deleted. This action is permanent and not reversible, all of your data including your messages, inboxes and contacts will be permanently deleted.
From Mobile App #
- Login to your Peasy Account
- Click on the settings button at the bottom of your screen.
- Select the “Unsubscribe” button. A confirmation dialog will appear.
- Select “Unsubscribe” to unsubscribe and permanently delete your Peasy account. Your subscription will end at the next billing period and your account will be permanently deleted. This action is permanent and not reversible, all of your data including your messages, inboxes and contacts will be permanently deleted.
