How to upload a single image or video? #
- Click on the “Add New Post” button. A popup will appear.
- In the popup, click “Browse”. Select an image or video. Please make sure that the file format, encoding and dimension meets the requirements stated within the popup.
- After selecting the file, click “Save”.
- You can change the video’s thumbnail by clicking on the “Edit Thumbnail” button
- Make sure you have set the ad’s destination URL, post text, headline, description and call to action.
- Click on the targeting drop-down list to associate the carousel with any audience segments. You can select more than one audience segment. Each creative must have at least 1 audience segment, and each audience segment must have at least 1 creative. Otherwise, you will not be able to save or publish the campaign.
How to upload a Carousel #
- Click on the “Add New Post” button. A popup will appear.
- In the popup, click “Browse”. Select multiple files in your file manager.
- You can select a mixture of videos and images. A minimum of 3 slides is required to create a carousel ad. 10 maximum slides.
- When you’re done selecting the files, click “Save”. The carousel will now appear in the Creative Section.
- Click “Edit Creative” on the uploaded Carousel. You’ll need to select the carousel’s call to action and specify each slide’s headline and description. You can also re-order the slide’s sequence.
- Click on the targeting drop-down list to associate the carousel with any audience segments. You can select more than one audience segment. Each creative must have at least 1 audience segment, and each audience segment must have at least 1 creative. Otherwise, you will not be able to save or publish the campaign.

How to use existing post as ad? #
Steps:
- In the Campaign Manager, under Lets Upload Your Creative section, click Add New Post.
- Under Facebook Page tab, click the post you want.
- Click Continue button.
Using existing post in your FB page to do ads is not a problem but there are certain condition that must be meetErrors:
- Size of the image/video are not following the size stated in Peasy.
- Call to action button different from the CTA button select in Peasy.
It is advisable to create a new creative instead of using your existing FB page to avoid any error when deploy.
How to assign audience to an ad? #
- Under targeting in ad preview, click Audience.
- Choose and click the audience you want.
- We advice you to click all the audience until it stated no audience for this post.

Common Error Messages #
Please enter a url #
Key in your ad’s destination URL (where will your ad’s audience be directed to once they have clicked on the ad). You cannot use your Facebook Page’s URL, link shortener, redirector as destination URL.
Enter Caption #
Fill in your Caption. Recommended length: 27 characters
Try using a:
- Catchy promotion with strong Call to Action.
- Offer an attractive discount that will draw attention
- Give your customer a Freebie, Offer or Lead Magnet (free e-book, tools, etc)
Enter description #
Key in your ad’s description. Recommended length: 27 characters.
Tips:
- Short and concise.
- Something to support the Promotion. For example: “Free Shipping”, “Used by 1m customers”
Image __ ratio should be in between 1.91:1 to 1:1 #
Change your image according to the ratio recommend. Refer here on the permissible dimensions.
Tips:
- Use image with 1:1 dimension (same length and height)
- Reduce text in your image. Text shouldn’t occupy more than 20% of the image’s surface. Your ad will be viewed on smartphones and smaller screen devices, your audience will scroll through these ads very quickly. Design an image which captivate attention, not explanation.
Instagram is used as a channel, please ensure that all of your images ratio are 1:1 #
If you do Instagram Ads, please use only 1:1 image that has same height and length so that you can advertise to more placement in Instagram.
Video __ ratio should be in 1:1 #
Instagram allows only 1:1 dimensions (same length and height).
Upload minimum 3 or maximum 10 images/videos for carousel #
Carousel ads must have at least 3 images, videos or combination of videos and images. Upload additional images/videos to create a carousel. If you do not have sufficient images and video, consider just uploading 1 image/video to create an image or video ad.
File size is too large #
Ensure that your uploaded file does not exceed the maximum file size. Maximum 10Mb for images, and 30Mb for videos.
File size is too small #
Ensure that your uploaded file size is not less than 1Mb.
