Why my chatbot is not working? #
There are 2 possibilities:
- You have a low Peasy Credit balance.
- For this, kindly topup your credit to ensure sufficient balance.
- When you are editing your existing express chatbot, you did not complete until the last step and click “Submit”.
- For this, kindly resume editing your express chatbot until the final step to click “Submit”.

Why my chatbot does not provide a valid link to my customers? #
When you are editing your existing express chatbot, you might have accidentally deleted/amended our existing dynamic tagging.
Dynamic tagging is referring to the curly bracket terms, for example: {{order_link}}
Once the dynamic tagging is deleted/amended, your chatbot is unable to pull out the correct link or information that was intended for your interaction with customer.
