This Whatsapp message will be sent out once the Merchant (You) make any changes to order status on Peasy Sales platform.
Hence, you do not need to worry about updating your customers or entertaining your customer’s in line. You needed to only focus on the task that will generate more sales and larger customer outreach!
Each Whatsapp message sent out will be charged. Hence, you need to be mindful on the credit balance shown on “Wallet” feature on Peasy Sales app, to ensure the order notification message service can be used.
