What is broadcasting? #
WhatsApp broadcasting is sending bulk messages to all your customers via WhatsApp.
With this method, you can send promotions to your customers simultaneously in a more organized manner. By using Peasy, you can not only send promotions but also set customer groups for each promotional message.
This way, your promotions will be more systematic and targeted according to your customer groups. This will certainly increase your chances of attracting repeat sales from your existing customers.
Prerequisite to create a broadcast: #
- Make sure you have an active inbox on your Peasy Sales platform. Please refer here for more information about the inbox.
- Make sure you have sufficient credit in your Peasy Sales account. Please refer here for information about your Peasy Sales credit balance.
- Make sure you have a message template approved by META. Please refer here for information on creating templates.
- Make sure you have imported the customer list for the broadcast. For information on how to import numbers into the platform, please refer here.
Can I schedule a broadcast on the Peasy platform? #
You can schedule a broadcast on the Peasy platform at least 3 days before the delivery.
How can I perform a broadcast limited to just one of my customer groups? #
You can set specific attributes when importing your customers’ numbers into the Peasy platform. Please refer here for more information.
Once you have attributes on each customer’s number, you can use these specific attributes in setting up your broadcast system. Please refer here for more information.
